Marine Satellite Antenna's
The full automatic, self tracking marine satellite antenna from Camos is are specially developed for boats and yachts. The antenna finds the selected satellite within 2 minutes and reacts on the smallest change of it's position. The systems are programmed for Astra 1, Astra 2, Hotbird, Atlantic Bird, Hispasat and Sirius satellite. The sea water proof radome protects the sensitive electronics and can be installed with less effort. The Camos single cable solution requires only the common connection cable for power supply and antenna signal. The endless azimuth range from 0° to endless enables the antenna not to be returned to an origin position while tracking a satellite. This allows almost uninterrupted satellite reception. In addition to radio and TV the camos systems also be ready to receive data services, such as broadband internet or email. This makes Camos to be a good starting point for onboard multimedia and entertainment center. Owners of cargo vessels can join electronic cargo and transport exchanges via internet to avoid deadheads.
